This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the eterial.ai Service provided by TalkingMachines OÜ (registry code 17503863, Roosikrantsi 8c, Tallinn, 10119, Estonia). It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.
You agree not to use the Service to do, attempt, facilitate, or encourage any of the following.
1. Illegal and harmful activity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
- Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualizes minors.
- Create or facilitate violence, terrorism, harassment, or the exploitation or harm of any person.
- Produce content that promotes self-harm, or that unlawfully discriminates against or demeans people.
2. Security and platform abuse
- Develop or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage controls, billing, or other technical or security measures.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access in a way that bypasses our pricing or controls.
3. Deception and privacy
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent that AI-generated content is human-made where this is deceptive.
- Generate spam, fraud, phishing, scams, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Collect, expose, or process personal data in violation of applicable law, or generate non-public personal information about individuals.
4. High-risk and prohibited uses
- Provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice presented as a substitute for a qualified professional.
- Use output to make automated decisions about individuals (such as credit, employment, housing, or legal status) without appropriate human review.
- Develop weapons, or generate content that materially contributes to the creation of weapons or other activities that risk serious harm.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
