This Refund Policy applies to payments made to TalkingMachines OÜ (registry code 17503863, Roosikrantsi 8c, Tallinn, 10119, Estonia) for the eterial.ai Service. All amounts are processed in euro (EUR).
1. How billing works
The Service is prepaid and usage-based. You add funds to a prepaid balance, and charges for your usage are deducted from that balance. You are not charged on a recurring subscription, and there is nothing to cancel.
2. Unused prepaid balance
You may request a refund of your remaining unused prepaid balance at any time by emailing savva.riisman@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. We may deduct payment-processing fees and any amounts owed to us, and we may decline refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
3. Consumed usage
Amounts already consumed through use of the Service (for example, completed API requests or chat usage) are non-refundable, because the corresponding service has already been delivered.
4. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content and services supplied immediately, by topping up and starting to use the Service you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the portion of the balance you consume. Any unused balance remains refundable as described in Section 2.
5. Incorrect or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us at savva.riisman@gmail.com within 60 days. We will investigate and refund any amount charged in error.
